The liquid texture mixes easily with both powder and cream, ensuring homogeneous blends that are easy to apply.

How to use
Glow Liquid Color Developer 5 Vol. is formulated to work in synergy with Glow Liquid Color.
The mixing ratio is 1:1 (e.g. 60 ml Glow Liquid Color + 60 ml Glow Liquid Color Developer).
For more creative blends with other shades of Glow Liquid Color or thePIGMENTS, use proportionally to the desired result.
Apply to damp hair with a brush or bottle.
Resting time: 10-20 minutes.
