Prices for the products on this website exclude VAT at 20.0% and will be added on automatically at checkout.

NOTE: During VAT Free sales periods any VAT Free discounts will not be applied to Bundle products and other selected singular Free Next Day Delivery option for orders over £150 will not be available.

By accessing this website, and using the information herein, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not wish to be bound by the said terms and conditions you should not continue to access or use the site.

By purchasing any item from the website you are declaring that you are aware of how the products are to be used, thus we claim no responsibility if any product is misused due to negligence.

We do not deliver to PO Box numbers.

Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order. Bank holidays are not considered a working day.

Delivery will be by DPDl, or any other delivery system of our choice.

Orders delivered may be subject to a delivery charge.

Signing for goods accepts the goods into your care, and confirms that these have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels. Requested safe spaces: If you have requested for your parcel to be left in a safe space or with a neighbour and this goes missing, we will not be liable or required to take further action.

In the event of customer absence at the time of deliver, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address, after repeated failed attempts by the courier, will incur extra postage charges.

Orders despatched by airmail or workwear, please allow 7-14 working days.

We reserve the right to choose any method of shipping.

Due to strict hygiene regulations The Salon Works cannot accept the return of scissors, clippers, razors, hair extensions that have been used or other items returned in an unacceptable condition.

A signature may be required upon receipt of all orders.

The user will indemnify The Salon Works  against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees which may or may not arise out of the use of information of any kind contained within this website.

Whilst all reasonable endeavours have been made to check the accuracy of the information contained within this site, The Salon Works  does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained herein. Further, The Salon Works or any other associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the information and material contained within this website or any other site which the user may access through this website. Further, The Salon Works  or any associated company or companies will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising due to the user’s access to any other providers, operators, organisations or persons referred to directly or indirectly within this website.

All orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from The Salon Works  and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. Any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If there is a problem with your order you will be refunded. Due to GDPR regulations, in the event that your item is faulty or you return an item for a refund, the refund can only be made to the original payment method. We are unfortunately not able to amend this to a different card.

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer's warranty.
 

Items under the furniture category marked as ‘dropship’ are ordered specially for the customer, sometimes from abroad. Returns or cancellations of orders for any dropship furniture, or bespoke furniture, will be at the discretion of The Salon Works , and is sometimes not possible. Logistics of the return where applicable will be the customers responsibility.

The length of the warranty on these items varies between 6 months to 3 years, depending on the product. This warranty will entitle the customer to either replacement parts or replacement products, depending on the item and reason of fault. Accidental damage and fair wear and tear of fabric is not covered.

9. Click and Collect
 

Collection services are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 2pm Sunday.

You will receive a second email when your collection is ready, however orders placed between 9am – 2pm on Monday to Friday will normally be ready for collection after 3:30pm, however it can take up to 24hrs.

During Bank Holidays our collection services will be suspended, however you can still place new orders to be collected 24hrs after our store has re-opened. During VAT FREE sales same day collection cannot be guaranteed, collection will be ready within 24hrs after order has been placed.
